I aim to provide a high standard of care and to ensure that patients are treated with dignity, respect and professionalism. If you have a concern or are dissatisfied with any aspect of your care, you have the right to raise a complaint.

How to make a complaint
In the first instance, please contact my Private Secretary, who can provide you with information about how to make a complaint and the practice complaints procedure.
Complaints may be made verbally or in writing. We will acknowledge and investigate complaints appropriately and provide a response as soon as reasonably practicable.
Making a complaint will not affect your ongoing care or treatment.
If you are unable to make a complaint yourself, you may ask someone to act on your behalf, with your consent. Appropriate support can be provided where required.
All complaints will be treated confidentially and handled in accordance with applicable professional, legal and regulatory requirements.
If you remain dissatisfied following the outcome of your complaint, you will be provided with information about the appropriate further steps available to you, including any relevant independent complaints or adjudication process.
Where a concern relates to an incident in which harm or distress may have occurred, it will be managed in accordance with the professional duty of candour and applicable regulatory requirements.
